Heart of Thunder-this trinket at item level 40 currently increases your maximum HP by 1,768 for 15 seconds, which is insanely high for its item level. For whatever reason the numbers did not get nerfed with the item level squish. The "broken" tank trinkets-the reason why I say these are broken is because of the scaling of these trinkets. Royal Dagger Haft-Bwonsamdi's Bargain-Splintered Heart of Al'ar-as a dps doing such high damage I usually steal aggro constantly, so sometimes I will run these tank trinkets just to help keep myself alive, but 2 cheat death trinkets is just too good to pass up on.
There are also some "cheat death" trinkets that are insane to have: Tank trinkets-Phantasmal Echo is amazing. The other trinkets basically did no damage overall throughout the entire dungeon run. I don't have the tiny jar trinket so I couldn't test that one yet. Though I do use SL legendary shoulders currently with Bulwark of Righteous Fury.Ī minor addition I'd add is an shield-enchant for war/paladin tanks - currently I've gone with vitality (+4 vers/sta) but entirely possible +5 dodge or mastery might work better. I may have to also try out some non-azerite/HoA combos at some point to see how that stacks up but hard to imagine those being better. Is there anything else of any effect that procs that much? Was struggling to figure out a second one though and going to check out some of these. I've been using Discordant Chorus a while mostly because it just procs SO MUCH and even if damage weren't significant I figured it helps with snagging agro during my wild pulls (plus visual is sweet).

Though I was familiar with most of the info here I really appreciate the info on trinkets, plus glad to see some confirmation on many of my choices. For better or worse I took an 8 year break and missed out on the MoP and WoD legendaries but managing well enough. as holy! Sometimes I just go shadow anyway (looking at you Caverns of Time) since my dps is so strong and can get away with occasional Shadow Mend depending on tank.
My priest is not quite so exciting but can lead many groups on single target dps. Pulls are often "everything up to the next boss. She's pretty decked out in 5str/6sta gems and in most groups she is >50% of groups total damage and Word of Glory does is basically a repeatable LOH. I only recently starting doing timewalking and now it's one of my favorite things, especially on my prot paladin that absolutely goes off.
